Please join us for our Christmas services on Christmas Eve and Christmas morning. Our Christmas Eve Service is at 5:00 pm on Sat. Dec. 24th. On Sunday our service time is changed to 9:30 am. No Sunday school classes on Christmas.

Annual Thanksgiving Dinner

We will all share a Thanksgiving meal together on Sunday, Nov. 20th after our regular Worship Service. This a wonderful time of fellowship and thanksgiving. We hope you will join us. Call the church office at 375-9580 to help with a side dish.

Wednesday Night Dinner & Classes for All

Wednesday night dinners are back! Dinner will be provided before classes for a small fee/donation starting at 6:15 pm beginning Wednesday, Sept. 21st.

What’s in a Name? What’s in God’s name? All the power you need! In this study based on Kay Arthur’s “Lord, I Want to Know You” we will come to know God more intimately as our Creator, Healer, Protector, Provider, and much more. Join us Wednesday evenings, beginning September 21st at 7:00 pm as we learn about God’s character, attributes, nature and love for us by examining the names of God in scripture.

Elementary children grades 1-5 meet at 7:00 pm with Jody for a fun time learning from Pilgrim’s Progress and the Bible
Youth will meet from 7:00-8:15 pm.

Women’s Bible Study begins Sept. 8th

Please join us on Thursday Sept. 8th at noon for a potluck salad lunch at the church to kick off the start of the Women’s Bible study. The study will begin the following Thursday at 12:45 pm at the church and will meet weekly for a study on Beth Moore’s book Esther: It’s Tough Being a Woman. Workbooks have been ordered and your cost will be $17.00 each. Please contact the church office 375-9580 with any questions.

All Church Family Picnic

Make plans now to join us on Sunday, July 10th after the worship service for a picnic together out on the side lawn of the church. Please sign up to bring either a salad, chips, homemade ice cream, or cup cakes. Drinks and hotdogs will be provided. This will be a fun afternoon for the entire family! You can sign up at the church or call the office at 375-9580.

All Church Retreat Just Around the Corner…May 20-22

We value the all church retreat time as a key way to connect with people in our church body who we may not know well. Our speaker, Colin Saxton, will guide us in our time together. It will also serve to regroup us as co-followers of Christ…to consider what this journey together will look like for the next year. And the icing on the cake is that we get to go to Quaker Hill, a beautiful camp in McCall, Idaho! Everyone is welcome and wanted, from the long-time church members to people who are just wanting to see what Boise Friends is about. Childcare will be provided during the meeting times. Teenagers are encouraged to join us on the spiritual journey part.

We do NOT want money to be an issue with whether you join us. In fact, the church will pay for a certain number of people whether they come or not (as per our contract with the camp)…so if you cannot pay, please still come. You can pick up registration forms in the church office or on the back table by the sanctuary. Return them to the office.

We are looking forward to seeing you in McCall!

Small Group Meeting Wednesday Evenings at the Church for Food and Discussion
